The Exclusive Story Only This Piece Can Tell.

“Mysterious” was born from my tendency to lead with clarity, structure and predictability. To understand the pieces, connect them and know what comes next. Clarity is one of my values. And yet, I had to learn that not everything becomes better by being fully understood. This painting became an experiment in letting some of that go. Layers collide, lines disappear and reappear, details hide beneath other details. The almost unapologetically bright pink refuses to be subtle - yet even within all that intensity, the painting holds things back. Up close, it feels chaotic. Step away, and somehow it finds its own order. The character seems to know something we don’t. Slightly turned away, almost as if protecting what sits closest to it: the small heart. Not everything precious needs to be exposed, explained or made available to everyone. Some things gain meaning precisely because we choose to keep a little of them to ourselves. Perhaps that is what Mysterious has come to mean to me: clarity helps us navigate the world, but mystery keeps it alive. Sometimes we need to resist resolving everything — and leave enough unexplained for curiosity, possibility and fascination to remain. Take a closer look in the video — a small flight across the painting’s landscape, where scattered marks, hidden details and apparent chaos slowly reveal how they come together as one. The tiny horns and halo hold that same tension: a playful reminder that we can carry contradictions within us — and perhaps become more interesting because of them.
